Shipping policy

We are a print-to-order workshop. What does this mean for you, our esteemed customer? It means that we eagerly wait for an order to hit our inbox before we start manufacturing anything, reducing waste and space requirements, something essential for a small operation like ours. It also means that there is a short processing (3D printing) time that starts the moment you order, bar weekends.

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 weeks after receiving your order. You may receive a notification that your order has begun printing, but you can always reach out to get a more accurate estimate of fulfilment. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following regions: USA, Canada, Australia, and most of the EU.

For orders to the EU, we collect the VAT (import tax) for orders being delivered to the EU - Up to a value of 150€.

We only collect VAT for orders of up to 150€ in value. Orders of over 150€ in value are subject to the full customs procedure: VAT payment, possible customs duties, and customs handling fees.

We charge and send orders valued at over 150€ without collecting tax, and will be Delivered Duty Unpaid, DDU. This means that the logistics company will usually collect taxes, duties and customs fees on delivery from the end customer.

To avoid additional fees and paperwork, we recommend our customers divide their order if its value will be higher than this threshold, as we will not be able to split their order after purchase.

For orders to the USA, we collect the import tax, AKA tariff, and deliver to you using Delivery Duties Paid (DDP), meaning you should not have to pay any additional import fees to receive your parcel. If you have any trouble with customs, please let us know so we can provide assistance.

For orders to Canada, your order may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mythos 3Design LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 60 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@mythos3design.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@mythos3design.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
