The guys at Mythos3Design have an amazing connection for sourcing high quality living moss. Come fresh picked from the fields, full of green, smelling great and ready for planting. My planty friends are going crazy with a combination of this and their new 3D printed poles.
Definitely learned my lesson on the moss front. I’ve previously bought low cost bags on Amazon and had my home almost immediately infested with flies. Often moss will come long dead, brown and makes the whole house smell of mildew. Won’t be buying from anyone other than Mythos again.
These supports are great for for tall plants on the xl moss poles. My splendid gets very top heavy especially when the pole has been watered. These supports anchor it firmly to the wall. A couple of small command strips attach the support to the wall and velcro plant tie to attach the pole to the support. No more catastrophic plant falls!
Having placed my first order via Etsy for a D pole, I couldn’t wait to expand and get my other poles migrated. With my order I now have 5 plants on printed poles, 3 entirely and two with XL pole sectioned cable tied to the top for a gradual transition.
Gone are the days of scratches from chicken wire and endless cable-ties. Even watering is easier with the slow drip system.
So glad I found M3D!
Thankyou!
Thank you so much Andy, we're very happy to help support your plants!
I'm using this for a small orchid, hoping it will flourish! The design is great, the back slots in really neatly, and I love the variety or options for sitting/hanging from a string or chain/hanging on a nail - means it can have many uses over the years.
Lovely pot up <3 You got it perfectly flush with the wall, it looks like it's floating! Thank you for the review xx
Having had great success with my Moss pole, I wanted the same for my amazing plants bought at the Gardener's World Live show. That Philodendron Silver Queen's leaves are beyond breathtaking. Anyway, David helped me with my order and even stalled delivery as we were out of the country. I watched their video again, more of a refresher for me, and assembly was very straight forward. I attached cut canes onto the base spikes, as the pot the plant is in is 12 inches deep, and it will need anchorage and stability as it grows. Whilst I bought more Moss, I have not put it in yet: I will await the plant to grow. I am thrilled with the results and my plants seem happy and are growing. I will be back. Thank you for all your help.
